A Black Forest tart is our modern version of a classic Black Forest gateau. A handmade tart shell covered with Belgian dark chocolate, filled with chocolate sponge and dark chocolate with cherry liquor ganache. Topped with lifelike cherry which is made of vanilla mousse and cherry compote in the middle, covered in red mirror glaze. Finished with cacao crumble & chocolate cherry stem.
