However, if you find that the product you have received is not what you ordered, damaged, or of poor quality, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing us at info@sugarfall.co.uk Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.

• • We will do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible, which may include a refund or a credit for future purchases. If a refund is requested, it will be made to the original payment method used.

• • Our refund policy that states that products are perishable food items, and taste is subjective. As a result, we cannot accept returns solely because the product did not meet your personal taste preferences.

• • Our products are hand-made, and variations in colour may occur. As a result, we cannot accept returns based on differences in colour from what was displayed on our website.

• •  Products purchased from any outlet other than our online site will not be accepted for return.
