Shipping Policy for SugarFall Patisserie
At SugarFall Patisserie, we’re thrilled to deliver our handcrafted treats straight to your door across Edinburgh and Scotland’s Central Belt. Here’s how our shipping works:
- Delivery Area: We serve Edinburgh and the wider Central Belt, bringing our fresh patisserie creations to your doorstep.
- Delivery Schedule: We deliver every day of the week, with shipments arriving between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, as our products are perishable.
- Shipping Costs:
- Free Delivery: Available for postcodes G3, G12, and G11 delivery for orders over £25.
- Up to 10 Miles: £6.50 per order, delivery for orders over £25.
- 10-15 Miles: £9.90 per order; delivery for orders over £25.
- Central Belt: £12 per order; delivering for orders over £50.
- Orders Over £100: Free shipping across all delivery zones.
- Distances are calculated from our base in Edinburgh. Contact us at info@sugarfall.co.uk if you’re unsure about your location!
- Order Processing:
- Online orders require at least 2 days’ notice to ensure your treats are freshly prepared and delivered on time.
- Next-Day Delivery: Subject to availability—place your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Check with us directly for last-minute requests!
- Tracking Your Order: Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. For updates or questions, reach out to info@sugarfall.co.uk.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we currently do not ship beyond Scotland’s Central Belt. If you’re outside this area or have special delivery needs, let us know—we’d love to assist where possible!
